THE GIRL WITH THE PURPLE HAIR (PART I)
Writer: Admin DiNa
Pairing: Jungkook x Y/N
Words: around 1100
PART II: here

‘Hey, Kookie, see you after class!’ Jimin said cheerfully and smiled .They parted ways but when Jungkook was about to go in the class room, he heard Jimin
running back towards him. When he got close enough so no one could hear he put his hand over Kookie’s shoulders and whispered. ‘Look around for purple hair.’ After these words, the handsome friend joged back into his own class room, leaving Jungkook intimidated and confused.
Not long after, he found out what Jimin was talking about, though.
When the school bell rang and the young boy was ready for another irritating class full of whispering between classmates and girls checking him out, the teacher came in the room followed by someone. Nobody was really interested in what was happening until they saw that the girl who just came in had her hair dyed pale purple. The talking suddenly stopped and everyone had their attention on the girl. Her hair was not the only thing that was making her extremely outstanding: she had the features of a foreigner and not just a foreigner but a really pretty one. The boys were gaping at her and as much as Jungkook didn’t want to admit it, he was one of them, too.
The teacher purposedly threw his books a bit too forcefully so he could catch the attention of the class. Satisfied at last, he greeted the students and vaguely presented the new girl.
'This is Y/N. She’s from Y/Coutry and she’s here until the end of the school year on a student exchanging program.' Y/N bowed deeply and surprised them even more when she greeted them in what seemed like a pretty fluent korean. Jungkook didn’t want to admit that, too, but he couldn’t keep his eyes off of her for the entire class.
After the end of the class, Y/N was the first to leave the room, not letting anyone talk to her. She opened her school program and saw that her next class was starting after 15 minutes so she decided she could walk for a while to get some fresh air. Y/N was pretty sure that she gave the impression of a cold person and that was what she was aiming for. After all, she came here not because of the people, nor because of these pretty idols and actors, but just because she genuinely loved Korea. She couldn’t care less what the others thought of her as long as she could have peace and just enjoy her time here. She started learning korean back when she was eleven but her intentions were pretty stupid: she thought that if she could appear more korean to her favorite stars, she could date them. Of course, after a few years, she realized how childish and unrealistic that dream was but then, even after she stopped listening to kpop, she continued to read about the country and it’s traditions.
There was just one kpop group that she kept close to her heart and that was Infinite. It was a song of theirs that started playing when Y/N pulled out her player and put her headphones over her purple hair. Everyone who was walking past her was staring at her with surprise but she didn’t mind. She got used to it. When she was younger, she swore that she will live the way she
wanted to and her mom was always okay with every decision Y/N made. The hardest one, and the one that made her the most proud was exactly that she bleached her long pitch black hair and cut it just bellow the shoulders. She never regretted it up to that moment and she was not going to let that change now.
So she continued walking with her head up and shoulders straight.
It took her a few weeks to get used to the routine. Class, walk , music , hiding in the library while doing another stupid homework. This day, though, was different. One boy, which she recognized as the one who was sitting in the far left corner in maths class, came to her during lunch break and asked her out. She vaguely remembered his name: it was something that started with Jung and ended on ‘k’. She wasn’t interested in the slightest bit, actually she was a bit angry, because when she came into this school she promised herself to be cold towards everyone so she could have peace. And this chingu was ruining that peace of hers. She said ‘no’ ,left the cafeteria and went to the library to eat there. The only problem she faced was that the librarian didn’t really like her and when she saw her with her food, she fastly shooed her away, telling her she might ruin a book by spilling something. On the way out, Y/N was really careful not to spill anything but she tripped and was about to fall down before someone grabbed her waist and saved her face from a sure faceplant with the floor. Y/N was about to thank her savior when she realized that her tray was on the floor and her ramyun was all spilled on the carpet of the library and wet noodles were dripping from the near bookshelf. The librarian was fuming really hard and without understanding where it came from, Y/N snapped at the person who saved her just now.
'Oh, wow, thanks so much! You should’ve caught the noodles instead of me, you idiot!’
'Watch your language, young lady!’ The librarian snapped back at her and she blushed, feeling ashamed.
'I’m sorry..’ Y/N murmured but on the inside she was ready to stab the person next to her for making her show a side of her she was carefully hiding until this moment.
'It was not her fault, seriously. I’m really sorry, don’t punish her, please.’ It was a male voice but she didn’t dare to look up to see who that person was.
'Oh no, I’m not planning on punishing her.’ Y/n’s eyes went wide with hope but then she saw the lady devilishly smiling in the 'teacherly’ manner. 'I’m planning on punishing both of you.’
She was in trouble.
'You’re going to work here until you put every book in this library in an alphabet order.’
Her head sprung up and she finally decided to look at the guy next to her.
It was the same guy from the cafeteria.
The guy who proposed to her.
The guy which name started with Jung and ended on ‘k’.
She was SERIOUSLY in trouble.
