I sighed and leaned on my elbows. Just another tiring day,training the dance for our next release with my band members. Bo Henna,our main dancer, came to me and patted my shoulder,smiling.

‘Thinking about Jungkook again,aren’t you?’ She started giggling and eyeing the other members. I,on the other hand was not amused at all and I showed it pretty clearly in my response.

'Teasing me again,aren’t you?’ I cried and hid my face, knowing it was starting to go red. Ugh, why are they always like this?

'Come on, Y/N, I think you have to show him your feelings! It’s been a year since you started liking him and you haven’t even tried to approach him once!’

I growled at her but I knew she had a point so I didn’t respond with anything and just shrugged.

Myung Hee stood from her place and also came to talk to me.The other members were too busy talking to each other and I really hoped that these two would leave me alone and go talking with the others,too. I was sweaty and now a little pissed.

'Y/N, You do remember that Bangtan are holding a party next week to celebrate their comeback? ’ This caughт my interest and my head sprung up, my eyes wide open. 

'So?’ I asked,a little bit too excitedly.

Myung Hee laughed and bumped my shoulder.

'We’re totally invited!’ She whispered, waiting for my explosive reaction. And oh, was it explosive. 

'What did you just say?’ I screamed and hid my face in my arms pretending to be sad about the news but the smile was threatening to split my lips.

The stylist curled my hair and put on my makeup. She made me wear a short,red dress which showed way more than I wanted but I didn’t get to choose so I had to roll with it.

Looking at my reflection in the mirror, I realized that I didn’t look bad.

'Party’ was not the right word to explain the celebration.It was in a big hall, full of fancy couches and lots of food. When a star was entering, a voice was announcing their name gripping the attention of everyone who was already there.

Then it came our time to shine. We came inside and when our name was announced, I started looking for Bangtan. When I saw them in the far end of the room, talking with someone, I saw that they were staring at us and smiling. I instantly locked eyes with Jungkook and he was a bit surprised at first but just smiled and nodded his head at my direction. I flushed red as a tomato but kept my cool and just smiled and nodded back.

Out of nowhere, Bo Henna grabbed my hand and started draging me somewhere. I was too deep into my thoughts to even realize where she was leading me to. When I saw that we were getting closer to where Bangtan was, I started panicking and shaking my hand, trying to get away from Henna’s grip but unexpectedly I couldn’t shake her off.

'Stop being a baby, Y/N, and just talk to him already.Should I remind you how long it’s been since you started liking him?’ She stopped almost right in front of the boys and sighed looking back at me. 'I’m not asking you to go and ask Jungkook on a date or something. You should start with something simple…like talking to him for example? Come on,please?For me?’ Henna started doing the puppy eyes and I had to say yes so I laughed and nodded.

Everything was fine, until I saw that Jungkook was right behind Bo Henna and was looking away,a slight blush on his cheeks. Everyone was quiet, Henna making apologetic face with a hand over her mouth.Suddenly Jungkook broke the silence by running his hand through his hair and grinning.

'If you wanted us to become close, why didn’t you come talking to me sooner?’ He laughed and locked eyes with me once again.

I started mumbling an answer, but on the inside I was screaming. I was going to kill Bo Henna later.

'Um, well… I was kinda shy about it and uh,back then I was here..’ I used my hand to indicate my place '…And you were here.’ I put my hand almost on the level of my neck while the one representing our group was hanging low infront of my stomach.

He laughed again and shrugged. 

'Nah, I’m not really a person who would act as if I’m too special.’ He ran his hands through his hair once again and oh my gosh my legs were getting weаker and weаker. 'Actually I’ve been pretty interested in your group since you debuted..’ Before I could comprehend what he was saying, I heard Jimin shouting in the background 'He’s actually interested in you!’ and the other boys started laughing.

Jungkook’s eyes widened and he turned around death glaring his hyungs.

I didn’t know why: if it was because I was happy as heck, or just because it was genuinely funny, but I started laughing aswell.

When Jungkook heard me, he turned his gaze back onto me and smiled sheepishly. We stared into each other for a few moments and I knew he was preparing to say something to me by the deep breaths he was taking.

In the end, he sighed and using as much charisma as he could muster, he asked me what I dreamed hearing for the past year.

'Soo…Wanna hang out sometime?’
